I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Despite being a budget choice, it exceeded my expectations in various aspects. the staff at the reception desk were incredibly kind and polite, offering a warm welcome. Secondly, the location of the hotel was excellent, with restaurants, pharmacies, and an ATM just around the corner. Most importantly, it was conveniently situated within walking distance of the bus terminal, making it easy to explore the breathtaking waterfalls. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds and the breakfast served was satisfactory.

There is room for improvement, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

O café da manhã é razoável, a localização é muito boa-próximo a pontos de táxi e o terminal de ônibus (de onde é possível pegar ônibus para todos os pontos da cidade)e o atendimento foi muito bom.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Iguaçu and I can't recommend it enough. the location was perfect - right in the center of the city, close to the bus station. This made it super convenient for exploring the area, especially the famous falls. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with any requests or questions. Another great aspect was the comfortable beds in the rooms. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a relief to come back to a cozy and comfortable bed to relax in. And let's not forget about the breakfast - there was a great variety of delicious options to choose from, ensuring I started each day off on the right foot. my experience at this hotel was outstanding, and I'll definitely be returning in the future.

During our trip to the incredible waterfalls, we stayed at a hotel in a prime location, close to the bus terminal for easy transportation. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, providing energy for our excursions. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, equipped with reliable wifi for our convenience. we enjoyed the pool area for unwinding after a long day, and the tour assistance provided by the hotel was a fantastic bonus.

There was some wear and tear around the pool area that could have been improved upon.

The hotel surprised me with its quality and exceeded my low expectations. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the rooms were well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's areas, including the rooms and pool, were kept clean and tidy. The wifi worked well, which was a plus. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, such as providing a good choice of various foods for breakfast. Additionally, the staff showed great customer service by promptly addressing a mistake with our laundry and being willing to send a valuable dress back to Europe.

I stayed at this hotel in Foz do Iguacu for a few nights with my cat. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, finding us a room that was pet-friendly and fixing any issues we had. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the bus terminal and various amenities like restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It was also conveniently located for visiting attractions like the Iguazu Falls, the Itaipu Dam, and the border crossing to Argentina.
